Organic Garlic and Chive Gouda from The Cheese Barn at Matatoki, a tasty Dutch style certified organic gouda with garlic and chive

Made to a traditional Dutch recipe, using organic milk, this cheese is matured for at least 4 to 6 months before we cut it to allow it to develop a good tangy flavour. The garlic is mild so as not to overpower the cheese but will be appreciated by those that love garlic. Made with organic milk and Vegetable Rennet. BioGro organic certified.

PRODUCT USE:
Use on cheeseboards and is a favorite in toasted sandwiches. It is really good in a Potato Bake as the Garlic gives is an added taste sensation.
